They just don't get it.

Just finished playing Dota.

For those of you who don't know what it is, i won't bother explaining. Well, just suffice to say it's like football of 5v5, and you get to choose what kind of player you want to be example a striker defender midfielder and so on.

You can play this by getting your buddies to form a team or going into a random game and waiting for people to join up.

Here's where it gets annoying. Everyone wants to be a star or have their own team. Result? You get one side with 5 well rehearsed players with TEAM WORK (because it is after all a team game)
and the other side with maybe say 4 Cristiano Ronaldos and one Van da Sar.
Meaning a team of soloists who can't work with one another getting their arse kicked. It's happened so much i really wonder if people have the brains to THINK! Sure it's a game but we all like games that reflect reality. Think a project where everyone wants to do the presenting and look good but no one wants to do the research behind it, no one wants to do the slide preparations yada yada yada...

When i step (further) into society i'm going to make anyplace that i settle into a better one. Efficiency and part of a team.
