Al-Ameen, again!

Ever since the first intro by O to Tulang Merah, its been another Foie Gras experience all over!
Ok, not quite.

Still, when cravings attack, you respond.

Traveling turned out to be much more of a breeze now that we've moved and the bus goes all the way in front of the bone steak haven! Nice.

A good occasion needs a theme. Then you need good accompaniments.
We chose

- 1 Masala Thosai ($1.50)
- 1 Mixed Raitha ($4.00)
- 1 Plain Bryani Rice ($3.00)

Since we knew the Tulang Merah was hefty on the palate, the yogurt vegetables did quite nicely to balance the scales along with the comfort of basic pancakes, potatoes and curry. The bryani rice, as usual, did not disappoint and is a good companion to any meal.

Without further ado, the Star!

For $8 (8 pieces), this is really value for money if you fully appreciate how to savour this.
Think loud, think messy but the rewards speak for themselves. Drools.

Start.

Struggle.

Messy.

The end!

One warning would be that having such a delicacy that involves all the senses is bound to leave its mark on you... you have been warned.
